She had this perfect balance of pointing out incredibly insightful pieces of each house (the good and the bad) while also giving us space to explore it ourselves. She even got on her muck boots one time and ventured out on the trails of one property to help us explore it. She never once made us feel pressured or encouraged to bid—the choice was always ours. And no matter what happened in the bidding process, she was able to explain all the confusing bits and was this incredibly positive/optimistic force throughout.
